"I live in the Midvale/Sandy area of Salt Lake metro, and LOVE escaping the city and heading to northern Utah... Once you're north of Ogden, ahhhhhh!!!! Now, a wonderful new gem awaits in Honeyville, only an hour north of Salt Lake City... The Camelot Inn! This is a brand new Inn located right off I-15 exit 372, right down the road from Crystal Hot Springs. It features comfortable modern rooms, TV with hookups (should you bring your own portable DVD player), radiant heat (no noise!), full private bathrooms, WiFi, self check-in and checkout... I stayed in hotels on a family trip overseas but this is much more. A shared FULL kitchen awaits and fridges in the room (and a full one in shared kitchen) you can bring food and cook just like you're at home, then eat in kitchen or take the handy tray from your room and carry it back. No need to do laundry before coming, just pack it with you and do it here! Thinking about a weekend getaway with... someone special, or just yourself? Maybe a nice soak in the mineral pools at Crystal Hot Springs? Well don't wait until Saturday anymore... Book a room and come up Friday!! If you need anything, Brigham City exit 362 (10 miles before Honeyville) has a Walmart and other establishments... So... You can get off work in Salt Lake area... Throw some clothes and a toothbrush in a bag and GO! Everything you need is right here at Camelot Inn, your new home away from home! Come Friday, soak, sleep over, in morning have breakfast at JC's Country Diner just several minutes away...more soaking... Then lunch or dinner at Maddox Ranch House in Brigham on way home... Or stay a second night and soak in the pools some more! What a TREAT to be able to stay so closely with all the amenities instead of driving back"

Testimonials

My week stay at Camelot Inn at Honeyville was wonderful!! The room was beautiful. ... The bathroom and shower were huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. I just can't say enough about this place. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.
~Patricia C., Florida, USA

My kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the self-check-in and the clean, smart amenities. The shared kitchen is very well thought out and we will definitely make better use of it next time we stay. Everything about the Honeyville stay exceeded our expectations...October is a great time to go.
~Tony A., Sandy, Utah, USA

I truly enjoyed my stay in Honeyville. I loved how clean and nice the room was! I loved the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped and ready to use. I also noticed a BBQ grill outside and a fire pit! I look forward to utilizing those during my next stay. After relaxing in the hotsprings, it was nice to just drive down the street, pop some popcorn, put in a movie and relax in the room. Thanks for a awesome getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home!
~Valerie S., Bountiful, Utah, USA

I loved being so close to Crystal Hot Springs (the reason I wanted to stay in Honeyville to begin with), which is only 2 miles away. I could soak for as long as I wanted, go "home," then back again. The room has a small refrigerator in it. There is also a full kitchen and laundry in the common area. Be sure to bring some basic groceries with you, as there aren't any stores or restaurants in Honeyville (the closest is 15 minutes away in Brigham City). I will definitely stay at Camelot again when I need a simple weekend to get away and recharge...I will be going back!

"Nestled at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains, Crystal Hot Springs is a natural wonder. It is one of only two locations in the world that has both a hot and a cold spring less than 50 feet apart. We also recently discovered that our pools have the highest mineral content of any hot springs in the United States (and the world as far as we can tell)! Crystal Hot Springs has been a favorite spot for campers and swimmers since 1901."

Crystal Hot Springs Testimonials:

Crystal hot springs was an amazing trip, the water was perfect. The hot and cold waterfall going into the pools are spectacular. The water slides were also a fun extra that really added to the stay. All in all a great stay, and I will definately be back.
~Joshua S., Google Places

... The springs are very nice and warm they also have a few jetted tub areas which are always crowded, its fun to swim so close to where your camping but it needs some major work done, also there is nothing else to do for miles
~Mike W., Yahoo Travel

... We spent a very enjoyable afternoon there, not too many people, just warm enough to lay out in the sun between soaks in the various pools (3 hot tubs, 103-105, & the main soaking pool, with sitting areas, cool waterfalls & umbrellas 96. I was too chicken to try the 72-degree cold pool!) ... Go there with no great expectations & you'll enjoy yourself ...
~Mike W., Yahoo Travel

Crystal Hot Springs is a jewel of a place to relax. The warm-to-hot water in the large main pool and 3 smaller pools pools plus a cold water pool make for great diversity in soothing soaks. The waterfalls in the main pool are pure delight. The lap pool and slide pool are favorite attractions for the kids. The people who work there and the soakers are all great folks to yak with. You will never be disappointed.

Family Reunion was a huge success: I saw this groupon offer and the reviews and could not believe it was the same place. My family first went there in July 2011. I have nine grown children and it was the perfect place for a reunion. ... It was ideal. The buildings are older but I liked the history of the place and the pools and slides were great. All ages had a great time ... Adam ... he was the nicest, most informative and fun guy.... It had such a community feel as patron after patron came in while he knew their name and asked about their families. You could see that some of these patrons come back again and again just as we have since then. It has been great fun in the winter as well as other seasons. I appreciate the constant flow of water and the fact that they empty the pools every night which we witnessed when we stayed there (little kids like to take a walk at night). In short after that first visit this has become one of our favorite recreation sites.
~Mary L., Yahoo Travel

I am a Scout leader and I take my toop to Crystal Hot Springs. It is an annual tradition. The Springs are good. ... the slide ... is huge and long ... the boys also like to go from hot to cold and on years when it snows we all roll in the snow and jump back in the tubs. it is a rite of passage if you like waterslides you need to go check this one out. The Springs are just a bonus in my book.
~Scout Leader, Yahoo Travel

Very relaxing great deal: nice great service water great for soaking I like it better then lava.
~CW Visser, Yahoo Travel

Amazing BECAUSE it's Rustic This isn't a resort. This is a community center — where neighbors and far-flung fans come to soak in the amazing, natural hotsprings. Yes, it LOOKS like a city pool — but the water is left un-touched ... And it's the un-touched quality of the water that makes it so great. If you want hot, chlorinated water, go to the gym. This place is a delightful break from the hectic life we all seem to lead. And the staff are all local highschool students. Like I said … it's not a resort. It's a community.
~Silus G, Google Places

The water is always so pleasant and relaxing. The place is never overcrowded and the staff is always pleasant. The place is kept neat and clean, especially for how old it is.
~A Google User, Google Places

The water is all natural spring water so it is kind of salty but very good for your skin and doesn't need to be chlorinated. Because it is naturally heated it's even fun to go in the winter and hang out when there is snow on the ground. The slides are fun ...

Fun hot spring. Has things for families and big groups.
~Mike C., Google Places

This is one of the greatest places ever! There's just something extremely unique in swimming in water that is naturally heated by the earth!
~Kaylee G., Google Places

Took the family here, everyone had fun. It was rainy which added to the experience.
~Mike G., Google Places

What a great place to have fun and relax! The management has really put alot of improvement into the place over the years and it shows. I also like that they empty the water each night, wash out the pools and refill, it really helps keep the water nice! They recently started heating the slide so it's fun in the winter too! This is a year round destination for my family!
~A Google User, Google Places

The water is fantastic, natural and full of minerals. I would give the water 5 stars. ...
~Ezb4, Google Places

It's a nice place to go relax and its very fun for my newphs to have there brithday party's there :) .
~kjh, Google Places

Surprised the water felt so nice ... I'd rate the place 5 stars for the great feeling water ...
~Jay, Google Places

Basically, its a great place to hangout with family and friends, especially when I just live half a mile away from it and can just walk there. The staff is quite friendly enough and I love the old feel of the environment ... Overall, this place does have it's history showing through, its still a great place to visit and enjoy.
~Hunter, Google Places

Great Water. The water is all natural spring water so it is kind of salty but very good for your skin and doesn't need to be chlorinated. Because it is naturally heated it's even fun to go in the winter and hang out when there is snow on the ground. The slides are fun ...

I came here with my young mens group. it's our favorite event of the year!! the slide is the coolest slide ever and it's warm too! way bigger than your average slide. I was told it was like 400 ft long but I'm not sure if that's true. The hot pools are amazing especially when it's cold outside I have also been to lava hot springs and I like this pool better cause it's deeper and not too hot and it also has a cool water fall! ... I know this is something that the young men in my ward will continue to do every year.

Brian S. who is a plumber, advised me that it usually takes him about two weeks to recover from a bad back; but he got better right after going to Crystal Hot Springs on 12/5/12; the next morning when he woke up, he noticed his back was healed.
~Arthur M., Utah, USA

Jay from Hawaii, told me on 12/5/12 that when we brought his mother with him to Crystal Hot Springs, she couldn't bend her knee for about 6 months, because of aknee replacement she had; the doctors put a metal plate inside her knee; after being in the water for 20 mins , she was shocked that she could bend her knee.
~Arthur M., Utah, USA

At about 7p.m. when I arrived at Crystal Hot Springs, I had an almost-unbearable pain, on my right  lower back , from a ski injury (fell off a cliff and hit a tree). 5 minutes after being in the water I started to feel the positive effects - I was able to walk up and down the pool's stairs, quickly, without holding the hand rail. The next day, I was strong enough to ski again.
~Arthur M., Utah, USA

An old man told me that he has Parkinson's disease and also slid of ice and hit his back on concrete stairs. Crystal Hot Springs water relaxes his muscles, thus stopping the shaking and his back pain goes away.
~Arthur M., Utah, USA

A young man told me that (1) his mother has rheumatoid arthritis, when she comes to Crystal Hot Springs , she doesn't need to take medication. (2) his girlfriend has manic depression (bi polar), when she comes to Crystal Hot Springs , she doesn't need to take medication.
~Arthur M., Utah, USA

Ron that is a regular at Crystal Hot Springs, he fell on some wood and dislocated his shoulder. The water relieves the pain, so he doesn't have to take 800mg of ibuprofen.
